Creating a socially responsible agency has always been a priority for TNM. It became a way for us to help others within the community, boost employee morale and show our clients that a portion of what they invest for our services goes straight back to those in need.
An experience that opened Jamie Henshall's eyes ( founder of TNM ) was when he went in search of his long lost father in Bangladesh while documenting his journey through film. Jamie's father had left the family home in the UK when he was just two years old, never to be seen until 33 years later.
Jamie not only managed to find his father but in doing so, he experienced what real poverty is after several trips to Bangladesh and walking countless miles on the streets of Dhaka. He saw that even with little, people could be happy, kind and open, they can have a generous heart.
We donate each month to the Symbiosis foundation in Bangladesh who's mission it is to fund and facilitate social and environment projects and child education sponsorship with local partners.

In Australia, we also give back by supporting the hospitality industry. Events such as Food For Thought with Chef Mal Meiers and Kitchen Confidential Dinners that raise awareness around mental health in the hospitality and our Cinematographer, editor & photographer Kenny Bowers has also created content for the Pararoos, Australia’s national football team for athletes with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury or symptoms received from a stroke.
