In the face of COVID-19, brands have been challenged to evolve with the changing business landscape. This has come in the form of everything from implementing delivery or take away services, to offering more options online and engaging customers on social media. 

In addition to all these, we’ve seen this as an opportunity for collaboration.

A special collaboration project.

At TNM Creative Media, we understand the importance of rising to the challenge and coming up with creative and innovative ways to deliver excellence for our brands. 

In this vein, we were able to connect two of our clients in a way that allowed them both to manage challenges presented as a result of COVID-19, and ultimately, find a new way to succeed.

Sydney Direct Fresh Produce (SDFP), a Sydney-based fruit and vegetable wholesaler, had experienced, like many other similar businesses, a reduction in demand due to the closure of dine-in options at restaurants. 

For supermarket retailer Harris Farm Markets, the challenge was discovering a way of delivering their products straight to customers’ doorsteps and eliminating the need for in-store shopping.

Through collaboration, both businesses were able to play to their strengths, with SDFP providing a warehouse space for packing, and product to fill, the Harris Farm Markets’ newest online ‘express boxes’. With four options to choose from – fruit and vegetables, ‘chiller’, proteins and pantry essentials – the boxes are chock full of the freshest produce, with the ease of express delivery.

This collaboration has not only helped SDFP to continue operating in these tough times, but has also assisted customers in shopping from the comfort of their home, and supported local Aussie farmers who are also experiencing their own set of challenges.

The #greatergoodness cooking series: Going the extra mile for customers.

The #greatergoodness cooking series aims to tell recipe stories that captivate customers and remind them of the quality and care that Harris Farm Markets are renowned for. 

TNM Creative Media is producing three video recipes per month, working with some of the greatest professional chefs that Sydney has to offer, to share with customers their passion for ingredients and cooking. The initiative also provides an opportunity for local chefs to connect with their own networks in a fun and engaging way.

It’s about finding wins all around.

TNM Creative Media’s Founder and Creative Director, Jamie Henshall, says that marketing should always be done with the intention of supporting a brand and its vision. 

This is the perfect example of an all-around win. Supporting clients and their needs while also approaching the situation holistically; considering how to go above and beyond simple marketing and finding a means to an end. It’s about the larger picture and being able to help those in need whenever and wherever possible.
