2018 has been a complete game changer for me and my family. I found my father after 33 years and it was my daughter's first year on planet earth. I took the plunge, grew some balls and did the thing that scared me the most.
It's been the most difficult, challenging and frustrating year of my entire life, but as I write this and look back I can be proud of how far I pushed my mind, heart and body to achieve what I now have.
I stopped competing with other people around me and started to look deep inside to find out what really needed addressing. I asked myself; How can I strengthen my mind? How can I be consistent? and how can I not let my past eat away at me?
The world can be cruel and the truth can fucking hurt, but as my journey unfolded I realised my true gift was love, positivity and creativity. I was restricting myself because I thought the world owed me something, but guess what it did not.
So I simply started addressing the things that I had not "EXHAUSTED" and started doing with the support and love of my wife Laura Henshall.
LIKE;
-Finding my dad whom I have not seen for 33 years.
-Being more creative.
-Learning new skills and not settling for the old me.
-Asking for help.
-Forgiving certain people in my life.
-Letting go of what does not serve me, especially drama.
-Putting myself in more uncomfortable situations so I could push my boundaries.
-Owning my worth.
By doing the above and most of all making myself fully accountable it allowed me to start filling my own cup up and to start getting high off my own supply which benefits everyone, most importantly my wife and daughter.
I hope all my friends and family have had a rewarding 2018 and 2019 brings you all your heart's desire.
