TNM worked with Meat and Livestock Australia to create an educational platform for the foodservice industry.
Rare Medium Academy was established to educate and inspire foodservice chefs from quick and fast service restaurants, aged care, commercial catering, transport, pubs and clubs to have success with Australian red meat in commercial kitchens and on menus.
The goal was to take hospitality professionals on an educational journey so they can be inspired to create dishes using Australian red meat.

TNM created a series of video productions for Rare Medium Academy that covered Pro Tips, Live Webinars and a Producer To Plate series.
'Pro Tips' is a library of 30 educational videos for the foodservice industry that promote tips and tricks for the modern chef and help them maintaining costs and achieve a flavoursome meal.
The 'Producer to Plate' video series took commercial foodservice leaders and executive chefs straight to the source where they met the custodians of the land: the Australian livestock farmer.
